CulshoresFest runs Wednesday 22 – Friday 24 October 2026 (check-out Saturday 25 October), at Voco Monaco and Voco Nice on The Heart of Europe Islands — a private island resort accessible by boat off the Dubai coastline.
What genres will be played?
Across the three days you'll hear Afrobeats, Amapiano, R&B, Hip-Hop, Dancehall, UK Soul, Garage, Bashment and more. Each day has its own distinct sound — pool party, beach sunset, and club night.
Is this event 18+?
Yes. All event spaces are strictly 18+ with valid photo ID required. The hotel itself welcomes guests of all ages. The October half-term dates mean parents can attend without childcare logistics.
How many guests will attend?
CulshoresFest is intentionally intimate — maximum capacity is 450 guests. This ensures a premium, uncrowded experience across all three days.
Packages & Booking
What does the package price include?
All packages include 3 nights hotel accommodation (check-in 22 Oct, check-out 25 Oct), entry to all three events, a festival wristband, return island ferry transfers, and a welcome drink. Premium, VIP and Prestige packages include additional perks — see the Packages page.
Can I book for a group?
Absolutely. Specify your group size during booking. For groups of 10+, contact hello@culshoresfest.com for custom arrangements and group rates.
Can I attend without staying at the hotel?
No — the island is only accessible by ferry as a registered hotel guest. All attendees must be booked into Voco for the full weekend. This maintains the exclusive, intimate atmosphere.
What is the payment structure?
A 25% deposit secures your booking. The remaining balance is due 90 days before the event. Full payment upfront is also accepted.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund up to 60 days before the event. 50% refund between 60 and 30 days. No refund within 30 days. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Travel & Getting There
How do I get to The World Islands?
By private ferry from Dubai Marina — included in all packages. Boats run on a regular schedule. Exact times provided in your booking confirmation.
Which flights should I book from the UK?
Emirates flies direct from London, Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow, and Newcastle. Flights typically take 6–7 hours. We recommend arriving Tuesday 21 October.
Do I need a visa for Dubai?
UK passport holders receive a free 30-day visa on arrival in the UAE. Most EU and US passport holders are also eligible. Always check the latest entry requirements for your nationality.
What should I pack?
Dubai in October is warm (around 28°C) and sunny. Pack swimwear, light festival outfits, and something stylish for the club night on Day 3. Sun cream is a must.
On the Island
Is food and drink included?
Food and drinks at the events are not included in the base package (other than the welcome cocktail). Bar and food traders operate throughout. The BBQ & Brunch add-on covers Day 2 lunch and Day 3 brunch.
Can I leave and return to the island?
Yes. The ferry runs on a regular schedule. We recommend keeping a day to explore the Dubai mainland if you can.
Is the event accessible?
We are committed to making CulshoresFest as accessible as possible. Please note any accessibility requirements during booking, or contact hello@culshoresfest.com directly.
